The Middle East is an area where cars and truck is king and fuel is cheap, often leaving little incentive to discover more environmentally-friendly methods of walking around.
But this year, as throughout the Middle East have actually pressed up the rate of oil, the concern of finding alternative sources of fuel has come into sharp focus.
In an area that has among the greatest carbon footprints on the planet, one service is taking benefit of the growing pressure to find alternatives to oil. It's established the Middle East's first plan to recycle cooking oil into biodiesel. It's showing profitable too, currently their client-list contains McDonald's.
